- The Six Week Slim Down is a strength & conditioning program
- Targeting every body part & combines intervals of HIIT
- broken up into two phases
- Phase 1 (weeks 1-3) 5 working days, with 2 rest days
- Phase 2 (weeks 4-6) You’re given 6 days on with one off
LOWER BODY LEVEL UP
50$Valid for 6 weeks- The Lower Body Level Up program is a Six week program
- Maximizing strength & muscle building in your legs & glutes
- This program is broken up into two phases
- Phase 1 (weeks 1-3) you’re given five working days
- Including: three legs days & two full body days
- Phase 2 (weeks 4-6) you’re given six working days
- 3 leg days, 2 full body days & 1 upper body day
