    • Targeting every body part & combines intervals of HIIT
    • broken up into two phases
    • Phase 1 (weeks 1-3) 5 working days, with 2 rest days
    • Phase 2 (weeks 4-6) You’re given 6 days on with one off
  • LOWER BODY LEVEL UP

    Valid for 6 weeks
    • The Lower Body Level Up program is a Six week program
    • Maximizing strength & muscle building in your legs & glutes
    • This program is broken up into two phases
    • Phase 1 (weeks 1-3) you’re given five working days
    • Including: three legs days & two full body days
    • Phase 2 (weeks 4-6) you’re given six working days
    • 3 leg days, 2 full body days & 1 upper body day
